Nanhua University Earns 3 Awards and the National Colleges Art Competition
Nanhua University was greatly honoured at the National Universities Art Competition this year when three students from the College of Arts earned top awards for their work. In the Western Paintings category, Taai, Wen-Qiang from the Department of Creative Product Design won the Excellence award for his paintings “Violinists”. Wen, Jian-Kai from the Graduate Institute of Visual and Media Arts won first place his ink artwork “Sex and Women” and Kuo, Ya-Fang (Department of Visual and Media Arts) won an award for her cubist art piece “Making a Living”.
